Exit Assessment：
When the postdoctors stay in the station until the expiration, the school where the station is must conduct an exit assessment. The exit assessment contains three different levels: excellent, qualified and unqualified. When the post-doctoral researching results achieve the working goal and the task is completed, the postdoctors will get the “qualified” assessment; when the working performance and scientific researching results are outstanding, the postdoctors will be rated as “excellent”; if the assessment is unqualified, the postdoctors shall be asked to quit according to relevant regulations.
