1. The personnel applying for the post doctoral position must meet the following four requirements simultaneously:

(1) generally not more than 3 years after obtaining a doctor's degree at home or abroad;

(2) have not arranged regular work or have not reported to the original work unit;

(3) excellent in character and learning, healthy;

(4) the age shall be under 35 in principle, and the age of those who apply for entry into workstations, humanities and social sciences or mobile stations in natural sciences where talents are in short supply may be appropriately extended to less than 40 years old.

2. The personnel applying for the post doctoral position in an enterprise must meet the following four conditions simultaneously:

(1) recently obtained a doctor's degree at home or abroad;

(2) young teachers in our school;

(3) excellent in character and learning, healthy;

(4) under 35 years of age.
