Mid-term Assessment：
When the postdoctors enter the post-doctoral station up to one year, the school where the station is must conduct a mid-term post-doctoral assessment, and the school shouldfill out the "Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Postdoctoral Researcher Mid-term Assessment Form"(Attachment 7), and should report the assessment results to the university.
